About 60 minutes
Same-week times
What happens in your hour.
Nothing is rushed and nothing happens without your consent. If a treatment isn’t right for you, we’ll tell you in the first half hour.

0-5 min
Check-in
Say hi to Nico at the front desk. Your health forms arrive by text before your appointment, so there’s no clipboard. Bring a photo ID.
5-15 min
Goals & health history
Your provider asks what you’d like to change, what you’ve had done before and which medications you take, and screens for anything that means a treatment should wait.
15-30 min
Face & skin assessment
We watch how your face moves, check volume and skin from every angle in good light, and take private photos for your chart with your permission.
30-40 min
Plan & written quote
What we recommend, what we don’t, and what it costs, written down: units, syringes or sessions. You can take it home and think it over.
40-55 min
Same-day treatment, if you want it
With your consent, neurotoxin, a peel or a HydraFacial can happen today. Fillers, lasers and microneedling may need their own appointment.
55-60 min
Aftercare & next steps
You leave with written aftercare, a direct number for questions and, after injectables, a free two-week check on the calendar.
What to know before you come.
Skin & makeup
Come with a clean face if you can. If not, we’ll cleanse it for you before the assessment.
How long
Plan for an hour. Follow-up injectable visits usually take 20 to 30 minutes.
What to bring
Photo ID and a list of medications and supplements. Tell us about recent dental work, illness or events coming up.
Parking
Free covered parking behind the building on Marshall Way, with an elevator to our second-floor suite.
